Killiney house sells for €4.9 million

HOK Residential fetched a strong price of €4.9m under the hammer for Padua, a large Victorian house on Killiney Hill Rd, Co Dublin.
The five-bed house was guided at €4.3m but with three parties chasing it, bidding quickly passed the €4.75m reserve at yesterday’s auction. The house was bought in trust by Arthur Cox Solicitors.
