Ganly Named to Board of Directors of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World

Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ recently named Robert Ganly of Ganly Walters in Dublin, Ireland, to serve on its board of directors. Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, a member of the RELO® family of companies, is a global network of nearly 700 real estate firms in the U.S. and 23 other countries producing over $380 billion in annual home sales. Ganly is the first international member of the board of directors.

“As our organization expands globally, we felt it was important to have representation for our affiliates in other countries,” commented Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ President/CEO Pam O’Connor. “Robert Ganly has been an active participant in the network since 2003 and is well-respected by his European real estate colleagues.”

Ganly is a Director of Ganly Walters, Ltd with the responsibility for their country and residential practice throughout Ireland. He is Vice President of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute and former Chairman of their Rural Affairs Committee. He is a founding member of the European Real Estate Network and on the Executive Committee of the international real estate federation, FIABCI. The Ganly family has been involved in the estate agency business for over 150 years.

In addition to his new role on the board of directors, Ganly will be the host broker for the network’s first International Symposium scheduled for June 17-20, 2006, in Dublin at the Berkeley Court Hotel. This conference will focus on cross-border real estate and referral opportunities for affiliates of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™.
