Roy Keane jersey sold for €4,000

A Roy Keane Manchester United jersey has been sold at a charity auction in Cork for €4,000.The former Irish skipper has donated one of his last Man United shirts to the church he was baptized in to help generate funds for renovations to the building.

All-Ireland medal fetches €26,500

The oldest All-Ireland football medal known to exist (1887) has sold at auction in London for three times its guide price.
The gold medal won by man-of-the-match Malachi O’Brien at the first ever All-Ireland football final fetched €26,500 at Sotheby’s this morning.
