Adamstown, the biggest housing development ever undertaken in the State already has 12 potential buyers for each home.

The 550-acre 10-year scheme which will comprise of 10,000 homes when finished.

The first 330 homes in Adamstown Castle are set to be launched this Thursday, and Gunne auctioneers have claimed that they already have a database of 4,000 interested parties.
