Subaru rally car fails to sell on eBay

RALLY fans have failed to snap up Denis Biggerstaff’s Subaru Impreza WRC after the Dromara ace put the car up for sale on auction website Ebay.
Within 24 hours of the car being placed on the website, the page received 1000 hits and by the last 24 hours of the 10-day auction there had been more than 8000 hits.
But in the end the bidding, at in and around £60,000, was still some thousands short of the reserve price on the very first World Rally Car Subaru produced by Banbury outfit, Prodrive.
