Galway City property expected to fetch over €10m

The Odeon House on Eyre Square in Galway City Centre is expected to sell for between 10 - 12 million when it goes for sale by public auction on Friday.
The Odeon House, which looks out onto Eyre Square, is comprised of a multi-let office building and a large car park.
The car park is located at the end of St Patrick’s Avenue behind the building. There is a possibility of further development potential with the building itself or in the car park.
The property extends to approximately 16,000 sq ft over five floors.
O’Donnellan and Joyce Auctioneers are looking after the sale. The public auction will take place in the Victoria Hotel, Victoria Place, Eyre Square, Galway at 3pm.
