Over £43m worth of property and land in Northern Ireland has been sold during a major public auction.
The auction, held last Friday, attracted 350 bidders keen to snap up retail and office investments, industrial warehousing and residential development land.
Individual lot prices ranged from £280,000 for a retail unit in Larne to £8.5m for development land in Tyrone, commercial property consultancy Osborne King, which organised the auction, revealed.
Clarence Chambers, a prime commercial investment site in Donegall Square East in Belfast, sold for £5.5m.
The development was expected to go for circa £4m, but Osborne King said an intense round of bidding ensured that the guide price was comfortably exceeded.
