A CO Limerick farm which was withdrawn from auction two weeks ago has been sold in recent days for €1.05m.
The 43ac residential farm at Clorane, Kildimo was withdrawn after just a few bids on March 9. At that time, it was making €940,000 but a few days later, a new bidder emerged.
