A 147AC non-residential farm in Kilkenny is already attracting considerable interest from local farmers, although it will not go under the hammer until April 13.

The farm at Grange and Ballilogue, The Rower has extensive road and river frontage and will be offered for sale in a number of lots.

The biggest portion of the farm consists of 124ac, which could make a stand-alone unit or a significant addition to an existing farm for any potential buyers.

Auctioneer Ann Cartion from selling agents PN O’Gorman said the farm would be offered for sale in one or four lots on the day.
