Limerick auctioneer fined over for sale sign

County Limerick auctioneer, Pat Fitzgerald, claims he was discriminated against by Limerick County Council after he was successfully prosecuted for displaying a ‘For Sale’ sign, at a site in Banogue, Croom.
He was fined 450 euro costs and 400 euro legal expenses, following a court appearance.
