Roosca riverside land for sale

FULL planning permission for a two-storey residence will boost interest in the sale of a 193ac farm in Co Tipperary.

A staggering £55,000 has been poured into the George Best Foundation Fund following an auction of memorabilia associated with the Northern Ireland football legend.

Clare land sold before auction

A local farmer secured a 60ac non-residential farm at Kilnaboy, Co Clare, which was sold before auction.
Ennis-based John Vaughan Auctioneers were guiding the property at Caherfadda, Ballycashin, Kilnaboy, Co Clare, at around the €600,000 mark.
It is understood that it was sold for near this amount prior to the actual auction day
