A 19-acre parcel of land that failed to sell at auction recently is still under active negotiation.

The property at Drumgora, Stradone, Co Cavan, was withdrawn from auction at €325,000. It has the advantage of full planning permission for a residence.

The roadside holding is presently all in grass. It is located along the N3 route in a prime location, 6km from Ballyjamesduff. The selling agent is Padraig Smith Auctioneers Ltd of Ballyjamesduff, Co Cavan.
