Northern Ireland Milk Auction Prices Drop

At auction on 26 February, United Dairy Farmers, which handles the bulk ofNorthern Ireland’s milk, achieved an average price of 17.82p/litre for 44m litres sold on a one-month contract.
This compares with 18.5p/litre in January and 23p/litre at the same time last year.
